Yes. Webitects has an organizer.
Demond Drummer joined Webitects in summer 2009 as a New Organizing Institute Fellow. He specializes in projects that connect people and build power. Previously, he coordinated the City Youth and Government Program, a youth leadership and civic engagement initiative sponsored by the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago.
In the run-up to the 2008 election, Demond took a leave of absence from his graduate studies to spend seven months organizing for Barack Obama in the South Carolina and Virginia primaries. A graduate of Morehouse College, he is completing a Master of Arts at the University of Chicago Divinity School.
